Troubleshooting Issues in Course

If you are having issues with components in the course, here are some suggestions:

  1. Try restarting your computer.

  2. Clear the cache and cookies in your Chrome browser. (how to)

  3. Turn off your extensions or pop-up blockers. (how to)

  4. If you are using your school-managed G Suite account, contact your district technology staff to ensure no content/ad/pop-up blockers have been installed by your district.

  5. Make sure Chrome is updated. (how-to)

  6. Try another browser to see if you can access the items there.

  7. How is your internet connection? Can you improve it?

  8. Do you have another device to try?
