What if I haven't gotten my voucher yet?
The email containing your voucher code will be sent within an hour of you generating your friEdOnline course certificate. If you don't receive the email please check your junk/spam mail. It should be coming from friedonline@friedtechnology.com..

What if I haven't received my email confirmation from Kryterion?
Once you have created your account at Kryterion and registered for the exam, you should get a confirmation email. If you don't receive the email please check your junk/spam mail. Also, check any email addresses that you entered in the registration form. It should be coming from donotreply@webassessor.com.
If you still don't get it, please contact Google Support for Certification Exams.
How do I log back in to Kryterion (Webassessor) to check my account, see my certifications, etc?
